No Car Wash for Breed Street

A proposal to build a car wash on the corner of Breed Street and beautiful Henry Street in Traralgon has been put to Council. This is not good for lots of reasons. For more information about how to object to this check out the Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/pages/No-Car-Wash-For-Breed-Street/

Traralgon Ingredients

Traralgon Ingredients is in Franklin Street. Ben, one of the owners has over 10 years experience in a similar shop 'Esssential Ingredients' that was located in Coff's Harbour.
I love this new shop. It's clean. Look at the rows of fresh ingredients above. They stock all the foods I could never get when I was studying Macrobiotic Cooking. They have Jimmys Sate Sauce and we have been looking for that for ages.

I bought some amazing coloured pistachios because I want to have a crack at making Nougat.

If you like to cook, I'd be surprised if you walk out of this shop without finding something you've been looking for for ages.

* Also available for online shopping:)

Breakfast Review: Cargo Lounge

Friday 2nd September

2 mugs flat white coffee
Bacon and Egg Sandwich  $6.50
Scrambled Eggs and Hash Brown $6.50

Verdict: Great Breakfast in the sunshine. Would take away if it wasn't a sunny day as interior is gloomy, night club type scenario. Coffee is good.
